What does "Remember me" mean on the Agent Login form?
For your convenience, we can keep your login email address active in your browser. We will still ask you to confirm your password each time you return to login.

What if I forgot or no longer have access to my email address?
Your email address is critical to the login, resetting passwords and general communications. If you no longer have access to your email address, you will need to contact InsuranceByAgents.com and advise us of this situation. We can verify your identity and update your email address if necessary.

What if I forgot my password?
Important: Access to your email address is required to reset your password. If you do not have access to your email account, you will need to contact us.

• Step 1: Enter your email address and zip code to start
• Step 2: Answer the questions on the following screen
• Step 3: Check your email Inbox for your special reset link
• Step 4: By clicking on this special link, you can reset and
  create a new password for your account

Use the form in the left column to match your email address and zip code on record. We will then ask you some questions and upon a match, we will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. We can not retrieve your password, since it is encrypted. However we can create a temporary password and send it to your email account.

Why does my login/password not work?
First make sure that you are using the correct email address associated with your account. Second verify that your CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard is setup correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive (example: MYPASS and myPaSs are not the same).

Password recommendations
Create a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others. You may include upper and lowercase characters (remember that your password is case sensitive) and numbers. Your password must be between 6-16 characters in length.
